Mixed experience here as well. Once was all smooth and easy, the other one nobody was around to ask for info and once found someone, he didn't seem to be interested in helping.

Ironwood were really fantastic company to deal with. We had a terrible experience with heritage building supplies (who were AWFUL to deal with) and ironwood really came to the rescue and got us out of a pinch. First came up with a solution to work with Swadlings to mill reclaimed timber floorboards for us, then were able to source the perfect reclaimed timber boards at the last minute saving us a lot of money. Staff were wonderful. Honest business to deal with and highly recommend.
