This place is horrible in terms of patience care. I took my mom to her appointment and waited for 10 minutes straight just to confirm she was there. we were 10 minutes early. After 45 min wait in the waiting area. Went back to the reception and 2 minutes later was called by a very very rude old lady, who was her dentist. She was very mad because apparently we were late, and kept complaining “why you were late“. Its while; throughout the whole appointment I was explaining we were on time over and over again but she wouldn’t listening and still treat us like we kept them waiting not them. Wish google could give an option to give -10 stars.
