Sanity Online & Support Centre

Wording on the initial up date confusing. Thought it was on the way to the USA. Later tracking said it is still in Australia. Update said sent with airmail tracking. Implying that it's coming airmail and not by ship. Be careful with wording. Is there anything you can tell me about how and when it might get here.

I have been shopping with Sanity Online for quite a few years now & I am very happy with all aspects of their service. The Online site is easy to navigate & includes not just movies & music but gift lines, stationary & heaps of merchandise. The service is prompt & any issues you may encounter are quickly resolved. Definitely no issues with this site. Very easy to find what your looking for, a huge range of things. Its fantastic. Very easy for online ordering, the estimation was for 2 weeks for delivery to New Zealand and it arrived in just over a week from the order date. Will definitely shop at Sanity again

It was easy and quick to find what I wanted and order it. It came really fast and I was kept in the loop with constant email communication. I love my product too! :)
