Very messy store & staffs are not helpful at all. All I need ,some rainwater downpipes (3 meter long) & accessories, one of the staff advised its somewhere outside. After having a proper look I found 6 metres long only which is full of dirt. I asked couple of the staff to cut it half , but everyone seems busy with something. After waiting a while a new staff came to help me & cut the pipes in half. I was in a rush ( plumber waiting to finish the job), but couldn't do it in time as expected. And price is not competitive as well like bunnings.

So happy with this company, prices are up front with easy online ordering.nThe delivery driver was outstanding and went out of his way to place the goods in a super convenient spot.nI'm already on to my next order.
