Awesome help with getting our roofing sheet onto our Prado roof racks. Thank-you firstly for having an apparently difficult sheet size available in stock, other companies quoted 10 days. Thank-you for the wonderful assistance this morning both in the office & out in the yard, they went beyond to assist us.

I can't thank Barry and the No1 roofing team enough for their terrific service and support with the Velux blinds issue we had. Without any prompting from me, they worked with Velux to replace the incorrect products with the correct parts sourced from the UK and arranged the replacement. Thank you very much for going the extra mile for us, I really appreciate your help with this.

How many roofers have you ripped off to expand so rapidly. Never paid more for a box of fixings. Wasn't even asked if I wanted to create a trade account. Felt like a mitre 10 that's 800km from the closest city.

Disappointing attitude of the sales people. Charging over the phone for the product they think you’ve asked for without any discussion or affirmation. When you find out that is not the product you’ve been looking for, it’s too late. You’ve paid already and they blatantly refuse to acknowledge any responsibility. No creredit or refund, SEE YOU TOMORROW ATTITUDE.

This place is actually a rort, over priced fixings and dodgy sales staff, is the name of this place actually No 1 roofing, for real, the price the are charging seems like they are going out of buisness. I would rather shop at bunnings.
