0 star if I could .nnRefund policies are rubbish- Hardest process just to get a simple task done, having to talk to over 4 people through different phone calls- issue still pending.nnBeen provided the wrong advice at the the start and with a receipt printer that was incompatible with square stand .nnnot even a sorry but to say that they only accept refunds on 7 days AND won’t accept it without packaging because it’s THEIR policy. It’s all about THEM - won’t take it for the team at all.nnNo compassion for business owners or customers AT ALL .nnWe had put trust in the person who sold this to start with, hence why we removed the packaging. If did their due diligence to start with this would not be an issue but now they say they won’t touch the product regardless of whether it’s faulty or not- seems ridiculous to me- just another excuse to not accept the product .nnWont recommend this company to anyone . They are called Aussie pos but have no Aussie values in them at all.nnWill be escalating this further.nnNot even a sorry, instead more excuses to not accept a refund.

I have purchased many products from this company and their after sale service is phenominal. They are such a rare find in a world where companies come and go. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to purchase a well priced, quality item that has continued after sale service. Nothing is a problem for them. Thank you team, and particularly Kane who has helped on numerous occasions.

Really good company. Best price on a honeywell scanner and then Kane assisted in creating a programming code so the scanner could interpret the tracking numbers for the AusPost 2D codes. Hugely helpful, definitely recommend these guys.
