Scenic World

I really enjoyed it! All the rides were very short but you did get to see a lot of the Blue Mountains from that vantage point as well as Katoomba Falls. You also get a nice guide that tells you about the history of the Blue mountains. It is definitely on the pricey side being $49 so that's something to bear in mind especially with the rides being quite quick. It's a nice thing to do if you've got a spare $49, otherwise there's a lot of free lookouts.

Rides and too short and we went on a rainy day so we couldn't see the mountains at all. Definitely don't go if it's raining and especially if it's cloudy. Still it provides easy access to beautiful views so maybe we will return on a sunny day. If you don't want to spend money I think it's better to go to echo point for the views and there's plenty of nice walks around.

Closed to Covid, oh well next time

Absolutely stunning views, however there are other lookout that offer similar views for free. The true value of scenic world is the scenic railway. Loads of fun but more importantly it offers an accessible way into the valley floor and various walking tracks with little to no energy expenditure.

I really enjoyed the tour, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I would have liked the rides to have lasted maybe a little longer. Maybe a few minutes and allow us to rotate on the sky walk to see the other side as well. But overall a great experience. We also did the walk to the 3 sisters and it was great.
