Total Tools Auburn

Poor service, good range though it’s a big store. I used total tools all the time in Perth but have found Sydney stores (particularly this one) a bit pathetic in comparison - I’ve purchased from this store 3 times and been disappointed with the service twice, most recently following up to find out I have to wait 7 weeks for an item that was advertised to be delivered in 2 after receiving no communication for 5 weeks...nnService at Sydney tools is miles ahead.

Bought a Senco nail gun and boxes of floor staples. They had to order in a few different length staples I required. I had to constantly ring the store to find out if they'd got delivery but no luck. Finally when we'd finished the job with staples from another supplier I rang again to tell them to cancel the order and issue a refund. They said they couldn't do a refund over the phone so I'd have to drive to the store. When I arrived in store they refused a refund because it was a special order (even though they stock the flooring guns). They really are Total Tools.

Fantastic service and great range. The folks were able to check on an order for me even before it had come through the regular system and bring it out to me saving a wasted trip as I couldn’t leave the car. Thanks folks!

If you're a person of colour then be prepared for racist remarks amongst the all white staff, and to be followed from aisle to aisle until you purchase something. Disgraceful and disgusting
