Really poor customer service. After a couple of emails my quote was forgotten I never received a quote. I should have left it there.nI was later recommended to use this company by an installer but after visiting the website and the Somersby showroom I decided to go with my earlier impression and not use them.

I would just like to say what wonderful service I received from Michael when delivering a large window today, he helped dismantle a frame that my husband could not do. Thankyou so much Michael very much appreciated.

I bought a large front entry door, a large window & an amazing sliding flyscreen system from Sublime because the Supplier for my Project had let me down and got it wrong. Sublime came through & ahead of schedule. Their finish is amazing and industrial quality. I only wish I had my entire house fitted out with their windows and doors.
