Professional friendly service client comfort ensured

I had a consultation with the manager of the store and was told the colour and cut she recommended. The end result was nothing like what was discussed. I returned for an adjustment of the colour and cut which only made it worse. Then I was told if I expected anymore done I would have to pay! Not happy with the service and not happy with the result. I've now had to go to another hairdresser and pay to fix it!!!!

I went twice the first trim and colour okaynThe second time colour washed out quickly and the cut left me embarrassed for monthsnI will never go back and I would not recommend it,nnThere was no way i was going back in for colour touch up or anything else after the disasterous haircut i recieved. I Just cut my losses and went elsewhere
