Having moved from Sydney to the Central Coast, Moxie and Muse was a great find! I was drawn to their philosophy, 'The kind way to beautiful hair.' Very disappointing experience . Spent 25 minutes in the Salon waiting to be acknowledged . Sat in the front in the sun for 20 minutes then moved into main part of the salon to cool down where all staff members could see me and still no acknowledgment. So obviously my business was not important enough . The owner and staff member were more interested with the walk in wishing to buy product .Still no acknowledgement of my wait time or how much longer I may have to wait as it looked like they still had a bit of work to do on the client before me .nI approached them to cancel my apt as I did not have all day to wait and the response from the owner was “who booked me in as they don’t usually book in people after 3! “(My appointment 3.15) The owner then tried to palm me off to someone else to cut my hair once they finish with their client.nI don’t mind people running late for appointments but I do object to not being acknowledged on arrival .The total lack of disrespect they showed me by not having the decent courtesy to acknowledge the fact that I had been waiting 25 minutes or to inform me how much longer I may have to wait .nAppalling and unprofessional.
