Today my mum went in for a haircut and is in absolute tears due to how awful it is. She had a picture of a choppy layered look that she was hoping for and it was cut INCHES too short in what looks like a straight cut bob... with no framing to her face. My mum pointed out that it was too short once it was done and this was met by a shrug from the hairdresser.. If you’re looking for a good haircut or good customer service, you will not find it here.
