Had a booking for over 4 weeks then it was cancelled within an hour of scheduled. I did not receive a call advising of such just an email stating cancelled and with a rescheduled appointment to a day and time I cannot do at Erina Fair instead of Erina Heights. It was already going to take me 45 minutes to drive there. I booked in advance due to the specific time and date required for an upcoming special event. I don't think I'll fit in any barber in the timeframe now. Really poor and unprofessional in my opinion. Do not use if the treatment is important to you and is time sensitive.

Great friendly staff, make you feel comfortable, barbers are great at what they do. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
