Colour Room

I went in first thing this morning and was finished in just over 2 hours. I had a full head of foils and I am so pleased with the results. I will definitely be back. The staff were extremely professional and polite and made it a very pleasant morning.

Quite good. No coffee n magazines like other salons in the area (coffee is good when there for 4 hours work). The apprentice got a bit much purple dye on my face. Other than that quite good, friendly staff, I would go there again. :)

I went to this salon last week, Wednesday the 8th of April, 3 days before my wedding.nI showed the stylist a photo of a balayge I wanted and asked if she could achieve this look on my hair. She said she could do it, I told her if she wasn't confident that she could then I would play it safe and go an all over color, she then re assured me she could achieve this look.nFast forward to stylist trying my hair, I was waiting eagerly to see my hair only to discover it looked nothing like the picture I had showed her. My hair didn't resmeble a balayge style, it was brown with a couple of lighter streaky pieces through my hair.nI told the hairdresser my hair looked nothing like what I had asked, she said it was dark because of toner and that my hair looked like the photo, I disagreed.nAs I was paying $140 for my failed balayge she told me if I wasn't happy with my hair to come back and she could wash the toner out at that would lighten my hair and make it look more like the photo.nI went home and showed my partner who was just as shocked as I was to see my hair looking nothing like I had wanted.nSo the next morning I came back to this salon and spoke with the stylist and asked her to wash some of the toner out.nFast forward again to having my hair dried only to see my hair was now very warm with lots of orange, I broke down crying, I couldn't believe my hair looked this way 2 days before my wedding. She said she would put another toner through it and it would correct the warmth, I said yes fix my hair.nSo Fast forward again, I'm sitting there as she is drying my hair seeing the orange had mostly gone, yet my hair still looked nothing like the photo. I told the stylist I was still not happy and I was upset. She took my details and said she would place a complaint on my behalf.nMy hair is so dry and damaged its breaking.nLeaving feeling defeated and deeply upset I went home to my partner.nHe couldn't believe my hair still looked nothing like the photo.nI called the salon and asked to speak yovghe owner, I told the owner wasn't in and they would put me on to speak with the manager. The manager I spoke to was the one who done my hair, I expressed how upset I was and how deeply dissatisfied I was with my hair. She said well what did I want her to do about it.nI said I wanted a refund so I could go get my hair fixed by someone who actually knew what they were doing.nShe said she would pass this along to the owner and toom my details again.nI still haven't heard back..nI just can't believe there called the color room and they can't even get a balayge right!

I absolutely love the girls there especially Jess she does an amazing job with my hair. The prices are very good also
