I posted a review twice on insta as the first one has been deleted, once the owner msgd me I have deleted a review on Google that I posted previously prior her contacting me. Although it was a negative review I am somewhat disappointed that the owner has chose to be non transparent with these post for current and potential customers by deleting it for her own benefit, especially given that she had tried to rectify the situation to some degree which was mentioned in my review. I spent good money and my expectation was that I could walk out of your salon happy with the outcome, unfortunately though this was not the case and I was left feeling embarrassed by one of the team members inferior work. I am disappointed that the owner have now resorted to sending me a condescending msg. Thank you for the partial reimbursement however at the end of the day it does not take away the embarrassment caused nor does it make up for the time I will now have to allocate to have the inferior work corrected elsewhere.nI would send this msg privately if the owner wouldn't block me after she sent msg personally attacking me.

Silk Hair did the hair and makeup for my daughter, Rachel's wedding over the weekend and we couldn't be happier. The girls had to wake at 2am to get to the Hunter Valley to begin at 5:30am but you wouldn't have guessed that! They were so accommodating and did all they could to ensure my daughter, and in fact all of us, were happy!nThank you to a wonderful team!

Amazing customer service Girls are all so professional and willing to help with great professional and honest advice..The salon itself has a beautiful vibe as soon as you walk in.

Hired this company for my September wedding , they were very poor with their communication and lost my deposit and tried to charge me a second time . Because they lost my deposit they made bookings on my day , which I’m assuming they kept as on the my wedding day I was to be married at 3 pm and they had our hair finished before noon and sadly This meant a lot of our hair didn’t hold but especially the bridesmaids curls . Disappointed, wouldn’t recommend or ever use again.

Jade is amazing she did such a great job on my hair. I had been seeing the same hairdresser for 19 years and was nervous to go somewhere new but results were even better than expected
