Carter Co Salon

My occupation is to visit work places to see how the business is being ran and mostly the overall quality of customer service , so I tend to always pick up on things that are wrong with workplaces very easily . When I visited Carter co salon Menai on my day off to spend time with my lovely step daughter a few things happened that did not make us feel as welcomed and respected as customers should feel . My daughter got her hair done by a staff member called Alyse , whilst my stepdaughter was getting her hair blow dried , Alyse was having a conversation with the staff member next to her , mind you my step daughter is only 14 and is a very innocent girl . The Staff member Alyse was talking about outrageous things and talking very loudly on top of the hair dryer about having a “one night stand “ and following it up with “yeah he came inside of me so I had to buy the morning after pill “ and continued having a conversation with the other staff member about how she had to sneak out of a guys house so his mother didn’t see . My 14 year old stepdaughter was just sitting there on her phone not paying attention to the hair dresser LUCKILY . I definitely was listening though and I am mortified at the attitude of the staff member and I’m not only upset I’ve had to leave a review like this but I am absolutely annoyed that the salon is beautiful and some of the staff members are actually quiet lovely and very friendly .nnOther then that . Thank you for your service carter co salon , my step daughter did love her hair but I am too nervous to bring her back as to her being able to hear such dirty conversations going on between staff members . Was so pleased with my hair after visiting Carter & Co. Loved the salon and how nicely I was accommodated to! Very relaxed but professional environment. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back x

I have been coming to this salon for 11 years and have had my hair done by Ash for the past 5. She always takes the time to listen to what I want and I have always walked out happy with my expectations met. Never once have I felt like the job is being rushed and Ash has always been honest about what is and isn’t possible in one sitting. I definitely feel like this salon cares about the health of the client’s hair rather than doing a service that is damaging just to make money. Reasonable prices and the rest of the girls are lovely too.

Took me forever to find a hair salon that i genuinely trusted! I am always left feeling amazed at the result! I don’t even tell them what i need doing anymore, I just leave it all up to them ☺ufe0f Thankful for my carter co hair queens!!
