This bunnings is the best, the staff are really helpful , especially one lady in the paint section. I cannot remember her name but if you need advice about slate paint or anything actually, look for her. She is a wealth of knowledge !!!

Had a great experience where I was helped by Will with my online order for a garden shed. There were some complications with delivery and he went out of his way to ring me and find a solution. Fantastic customer service.

Wow the customer service here is amazing. Especially from Megan. I got a delivery yesterday from their delivery partner ANC but one of the chairs was missing a cushion. I called up to advise them of this and Megan literally jumped in her car and drove the cushion to me herself. We need more people like her in the world. Talk about going above and beyond. Such a selfless gesture from someone who really cares about customer satisfaction.
