I recently ordered few products online at a great price from Shelley and Co. The delivery company made a mistake with delivery but Shelley and team were really helpful. They replied to my emails while other salons wouldn’t have been bothered after receiving payment. They also helped me with my missing parcel. Really good customer service. ud83dude03

I had such a great experience at the salon today! My hair cut is amazing I am so so happy. The team here are so friendly I really enjoyed myself. I wish i could rate with 10 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff here asked for a doctor’s certificate to show my exemption from wearing a mask and refused to provide a service without one. I am not required to show any documentary evidence, as they are personal circumstances. Regulatory officers don’t even ask for any doctor’s certificate. Disgusting!! Here is a screenshot FYI:

I get my hair done once a week and love going to the hairdresser because frankly my hair is too hard to manage myself. I’ve been doing this for the last 15years religiously and it wasn’t until a friend referred me to this salon that I actually got to experience what it is like to have an exceptional experience. All the ladies are beyond talented and so lovely. Unlike previous experiences, these ladies listen to what I actually want. They bring my ideas to life whilst making sure my hair stays healthy and on my head. They use high quality products and make sure I walk out happy. Can’t thank you enough Shelly, Laura and co! The happiest I have been in forever... HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
