Embassy Vegetarian Cafe

This cozy little cafe was the highlight of my stay in Katoomba. The coffee is perfect and all the food I tried was delectable. The service was so friendly and the prices unbelievably cheap. I highly recommend you try this place whether you're staying in Katoomba or just passing through.

AMAZING veggie and vegan options. Best big vegan breakfast ever...and friendly, caring service to boot. I would drive up from Sydney for breakfast here. It's that good !!

Friendly staff; delicious hot chocolate. I wish I’d taken a picture because it looked so lovely, presented in a glass with three distinct layers and speckled with bits of milk chocolate. If I’m ever in Katoomba again I’ll have to remember to come back here.
