All my tools are from Sydney tools SmithfieldnAmazing service monir was great with helping me find the right tools. Great customer service friendly staff. You need any tools they will have it. Will always shop with Sydney tools.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced.nLike most people I love my tools and treated with respect I've purchased most of Milwaukee product I have a collection at home and I want to buy every single product they have but I don't want to purchase it from Sydney tools. So unfortunately one day I walked into local store at Smithfield 2 by a big Milwaukee tool box with a rattle gun set M12 the person that sold it to me promise me a small battery for free never got it..nnAlso promised me to deliver my tool box within a week that didn't happen.nnEvery time I go there I get looked at like I'm not worth helping.nnBut when the owner is there everyone changes I really think customer service is important and keeping your word as a man is very important to there is so many other places we can go but this is the nearest to me.nnLast thing I want to do is go spend money where someone don't want me there... I regret going to Sydney tools honestly I could have gone somewhere else and got more free deals with the amount of money I've spent more than $15,000 and there will be more coming just not interested to buy from Sydney tools....

The other week I went into this store to get a couple things which were difficult to find, a staff member helped me find what i wanted which was great (one item wasnt in stock even though the website said it was, which isnt much of a big deal, these things happen).nnJust noticed the other day after going through my receipts that i was over charged. The person that processed my transaction at the register rounded up the price a couple cents. This is understandable if i paid by cash, but NOT when i paid via EFTPOS. I question the integrity of this business. How often have they been doing this...whether it was a once off error of judgement or a regular scheme to make more money. No customer is going to kick up a fuss over a couple of cents, but for the business a couple of extra cents over thousands of transactions adds up.

The staff are really helpful and friendly, but in particular Michael who went above and beyond to help me. And he's a cutie ;)

Sydney tools have worst customer service! Especially Smithfield/silverwater, always trying to sell thing that you don’t need… unless your buying something big they don’t really want to help, if they do help it’s with attitude.
