Tools Warehouse - Liverpool

Good. Love my new Metabo Drill and impact wrench. It had to be ordered in and Kevin made it easy for me to pick it up from their warehouse. I'll be buying quite a few more things here. Also good prices and the shops are easy to get to

Ordered online for pick-up. Waiting for item to be ready but nothing...... Contacted the mob for information but no reply. Every other tool shop I deal with actually has the item ready for pick-up the same day and answers questions within the hour. I was looking to make a few more rather expensive purchases from this mob but not now. Pretty quick to take the money but slow to deliver. Zero customer service. If an item is not in stock they should actually state that...... every other shop does.....

I received great service on the phone with Trent. He also helped me order a ladder which was not in stock and was able to have it delivered to me earlier than i expected. Thank you so much, you will be my first stop for tools from now on :)

Called in looking for a particular item which they had in store. They held it down and waited til i got there. I haven't received such professional customer service like that in a while, well spoken and all the knowledge from the whole range of tools. Big thanks to Jake who made my experience effortless and pleasant
