First time I've ever had to walk out on a haircut.nnOn a Tuesday afternoon they only had 1 person working and it took him almost an hour to cut 2 people's hair. It probably took so long because they love to chat instead of cutting whenever possible, to the point that they just talk with people outside the shop while you're waiting for an hour.nnCustomer service is non-existent. They didn't say a single word to me, not even a greeting, he just stares at you. But by far the worst part is there are ZERO COVID-19 hygiene practices, not a single bottle of hand sanitiser in sight, the barber doesn't wear a mask or gloves and openly coughs as if we're not in a pandemic, and doesn't even wash their hands. I had to get out of there before they had a chance to get near me, stay well away.nnOh, and for whatever reason they only accept cash which is annoying and sketchy.
