So she charged me $40! Just to take off my nails and only clean my toe nails. She took just over an hour to do this. My manicure hasn’t fully come off yet on 2 of my fingers and also there were heaps of flies flying around. Very unprofessional and I really think the owner doesn’t care about her ratings due to no customers. I was in a hurry to even ask her why she charged me $40. I do not recommend this place at all. Such a poor customer service!

This lady was so rude, I asked to use the toilet before requesting pedicure which she allowed, then I asked to choose the colour before I sat down at the foot spa she said to sit down and she'd bring me colour samples. She has very small limit of colours and probably a handful of shellac options. When she did not have the colour I requested she tried to convince me of other colours which were nothing close to what I wanted. Because she did not have the colour or product I requested I told her that's fine I won't go ahead with her services. She then started screaming and swearing at me trying to force me to pay $10 for using her toilet and the water in the spa. This owners manners were appalling. Please save yourself the headache with dealing with this rude lady!

Hair Salonnn136 Wattle Avenue, Carramar.nn05/11/2020nnThus far the worst hair dressing service and boutique. The business owner arrived late after stating they open at an unclear time being about 10am. Once in the salon, ignored my request of placing a cloak over my shoulders+back to protect my clothing and then continued to lather an anti bacterial alcohol agent (pungent) on her hands then into my hair.nnI had then requested she remove the alcohol from her hands or wear gloves as it smelt toxic and is definitely unsuitable for hair (no diploma), with which the owner, without addressing her actions professionally and as a store owner specialising in hair dressing, said 'I will not do your hair' and in response, I replied, 'Good Luck', left my hair pins, advised there was a broken comb on the white tiles and left.nn(3 images attached)

Despite someone being in a wheelchair with a service / guide dog, they refused entry and wouldn't allow them to enter the premises, despite having all official documentation. Owners wouldn't listen and police had to be called, for discrimination.
