I would give this place a zero star if could. I booked online and after she confirmed I went all the way to the salon it was completely empty , I wasn’t greeted at all , no hi or how are you no friendly smile just a mean look up and down . I went up to her and told her that I had an appointment and she said I didn’t and that she needs to reconfirm it even if she agrees to it online , she then said she will over charge me double the price if I have it done and she would not provide me the shampoos or anything . Tried to rebook and wait for her recinfirmation this time that didn’t happen so I was to afraid to walk in . She has a lack of communication skills , I have booked appointments everywhere and never experienced anything as bad as this . She had the worst customer service skills .Save you money and go elsewhere.

If you want the perfect blonde look nowhere else! I’ve always struggled to find someone who is consistently good with achieving the perfect blonde without the brassiness. Katie got me there in one go and without a toner. Your attention to detail, your service and your care is second to none. I’m so grateful that I finally made the switch to KMH but so annoyed I didn’t do it earlier. Your stuck with me now ♥ufe0f
