Experienced helpful staff excellent knowledge of products they sell Jason who served me was extremely well mannered and assisted me with his tool knowledge

Terrible service, switched my buisness to omer tools, better price and service. Over the course of 2 years I brought a few tools that were under warranty in for repair, never took less than 6 weeks to repair, one tool sat in their shop for 14 days before it was sent to makita, when I complained the chap at the desk didn't care and sent a text message whilst I was talking to him. The workers there have no clue about the tools either , go to omer tools or total tools and save yourself some stress

Dropped off my festool grinder to get sent away on the 12/5 for repairs.nGo into Sydney Tools Roselands for update (16/6) still sitting on the shelf.These guys are hopeless

These guys have been awesome, great customer service and price even to a small sole trader.nPersonally would shop anywhere else. Thanks guys
