Jodie has been doing my Keratin straightening, in which she was such a perfectionist to ensure the correct ‘take’ to my hair, tríales different product types and had the most amazing follow up. Plus, she uses all natural, Vegan products to do so.

I have been going to see Jody for a few years now, she is amazing with blonde hair. I went through so many hairdressers trying to get the right blonde before finally finding Jody.

DONT GO HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND TERRIBLE RESULTS. I only put 1 star because there wasn't an option to give no stars. I sent the hairdresser a photo of exactly what I wanted the night before my appointment. This was a kind of light brown to blonde balayage mixed with some capped golden highlights.nPrevious to this, I went into the salon and showed her the photo, which she said she could do and gave me a quote (which she later charged me more than what she quoted). On the day I again showed her the photo, which she said she could do and went on to bleach my hair with crumbly bleach (that made a mess everywhere). When I again showed here the photo she said the toner she was going to use was a mostly golden/slightly ashy toner. This came out mostly ORANGE. Which she insisted was a beautiful colour, it really wasn't. I was devastated and asked her to re-tone it, to which she said she would. I had the impression that this would make my hair more blonde and less of an orange. BUT instead my whole hair went brown. She then charged my a whopping $220 with the promise that it would get lighter by itself. IT DIDN'T. I then texted her showing before and after photos, and she just insisted that it looked good and became quite obstinant. She then refused to refund my money saying that she had warned me that it was impossible because of lighting. It became really obvious that she COULDN'T and WOULDN'T fix it properly. I then went to the fantastic Ziggy's barber/hairdresser in Oxford street. I showed my hairdresser milou the same photo and she had a huge discussion with me about exactly what I wanted...THE RESULT WAS PERFECT FROM ZIGGYS NOT HAIR AND CO. EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE. Unlike hair and co who promised me a result and didn't deliver.
