Excellent service. Vanity and Karla were great. Karla did my hair and her attention to detail was fantastic and had the patience to explain colours etc. I had a lovely time. I will be recommending this place to my friends and will be going back.

Beyond dissapointed. The hair stylist Jade was clearly in a bad mood, same mood as when I spoke to her on the phone to book. Showed complete disinterest for her job.nI asked for a trim with layers and she instead butchered my hair taking over two inches off. She didnt even ask how I part my hair. On top of that she got hair dye on my clothing and hand bag. Was not offered a discount or anything as compensation.nnAll the other staff were lovely. This particular stylist ruined my entire experience. Wasted over two and half hours, walked out deflated and upset. Never again.
