The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were realistic about setting expectations for changing my green hair back to a natural brown and up front with me about pricing. They did a great job colour matching to my roots and it was overall a very positive experience with nice people.

Always have a good experience at this salon. Usually no wait time & can just walk in without appointment.

I made an appointment. Travelled far to get there.nWhen I arrived I was asked to wear a mask. As a person with a disability, I am exempted from wearing masks. I showed the girl at the reception the medical certificate from my doctor but I was not allowed to enter the salon. This is discrimination against people with disabilities. Us people with disabilities have it already hard enough, it is absolutely unbelievable to be treated like that. We just want to live a life like everyone else. I contacted the manager but did not even get a response. Very poor and unlawful behaviour.

Great group of ladies that took me from frump to fab. They also got me in at the last minute. I'mm returning there tomorrow. A lovely English cut my hair then and this coming time.
