Went in here last week with a fairly big issue with my ride on mower as Kubota are cheap at stocking parts. I needed a certain type of nut with nothing but photos and a tape measure to go off, a fella named Chris helped me out solved the problem for me, and found the right size nut. Builders heaven all the fancy toys

Since Bomond has changed hands it has turned into a nightmare. I had never seen a line build up until now. These simpletons now working behind the counter have no pride in what they are doing and mope around the place in no hurry. Even if you're lucky and they find your bolt/nut which I have no confidence in anymore, it will take them a light-year to return to the counter. A serious shame.
