Patchy, rather disinterested service. Plenty of other options in this area - went next door to Exclusive Tiles and got great service from Liam.

Good selection of tiles and helpful staff. Have bought tiles for two bathrooms, laundry. Prices are competitive, however, if you can wait for the sales.

Great service, choice and pricing was really competitive. There was a slight mishap on delivery but they moved heaven and earth to make it right. Peter was a true gent, great person to have in their team.

Terrible service. Ordered hinges, with the advice of the staff. Get one hinge as they didn't know that it was only one per pack. But the door has still not been delivered and it's 10 months since paying! And each time we raise it nothing happens.

Steve was very helpful. Products I wanted were in stock, and less than 24hrs turnaround to rekey a lock.
