Was a bit weary after reading some of the reviews but the products and range is amazing. Definitely worth a visit to the showroom so you can see the great selection. Some things do take a while to come in so if you have a tight deadline, make sure you order ahead of time. Janine is lovely and helpful, I had a fewndramas getting my keys and locks done and she did everything she could to sort it out for me. Highly recommend

Wow. This company really is pretty abysmal. I ordered door hardware, paid $342 and when it arrived, it was not suitable. I called and arranged to return it at my expense which I did on the same day it arrived. I kept 2 small door pulls (value $29). A rude woman called Helga snarled at me on the phonenand told me they charge a 20% restocking fee! Where did they come up with that? But all I got back was $250. Don't deal with them. Any company that doesn't give a proper refund for unsuitable goods should not be in business. Maddeningly, I have to give them one star or I can't post this. Reality is I would give them NOTHING, no stars at allnAnd, here's a handy hint! I got wonderful door handles from the very efficient J James in Waverley, helpful staff, handles arrived in 3 days not three weeks. Don't mess around with Keeler.

Researched & found that Keeler Hardware were the cheapest for Kitchen Cabinet Handles. We ordered them on a Sunday and they were delivered the next day. Very helpful & friendly service over the phone and in store

I went to Keeler to select door handles - the variety is extensive. Ricardo was knowledgeable and helpful, showed me the range I was interested in and suggested alternatives after I showed him the photos of the doors. I have also interacted with Sandeep subsequently, who is just as proficient. I bought all I needed from Keeler.
