Bad communication, sales team don't follow up or notify you of anything. I've had to repeatedly call a few days after each email, to get them to read it or to find out what the status of my enquiry/order is (this has been going on for weeks now, unbelieveable). Maybe they only focus on big jobs not smaller orders, I'm not sure. If this is the way they treat all customers, surely they won't be in business for much longer.

Used these guys a fare few times over the years, they never disappoint.nMy last project was a vanity unit and it had to be cut to a 1mm tolerance with edging strip on all edges or it would not give a nice finish. They were on point and the job came up beautiful. Good on ya.

I like Bills Boards. I like them alot in fact. They are my first go-to for cabinet making. Always helpful. They also supply Hettich hardware and have a quite large kitchen/cabinet display room on the top floor.
