Eaton's Mitre 10 Forestville

The female staff (white) is not as friendly as staff in Bunning, she does like talk to me for whatever the reason is, may be I am an Asian?nnI visited this shop again to pickup my order, 2 gentleman helped me, they are very nice, they gave me my order even after they closed the door, the gentleman here are much better, totally changed my bad experience last time.

Just want to thank the team for really helping my wife load up a very heavy scaffolding product this morning into our van. Top service that was much appreciated.

Excellent local hardware store, with knowledgeable staff, great selection and fair prices

very hard to find stuff, main building looks more like a showroom, no pricing on a lot of stuff outside.. couldn't find any trolleys to pick up some bags outside...gave up looking for help and went to bunnings... looks to be more designed for tradies than casual people.

Great service from a business owner who wants to help! I submitted an online enquiry about a Bosch workbench at 8am on the day after Boxing Day (yes, tragic, I know!) and Jim Easton emailed a comprehensive response at 09h49, setting realistic expected delivery expectations given the time of year,fr Covid impact etc and advising alternative options if I was in need of an urgent solution. The product (which is magnificent, I must add) was delivered to my doorstep by Easton's own driver (not some random coutier) yesterday, within the specified timeframe. The driver too was professional in both Easton's attire and manner and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend Easton's Forestville.
