The community spirit at this school is welcoming, supportive of all types of ability -academic, creative, sporting, leadership, communication, humanitarian etc- and the teachers are deeply passionate about helping the students grow into well-rounded, courageous, resilient and compassionate adult women. As an alumni of 2015, the sense of community spirit and welcome does not lessen over time, instead it grows. The values imparted upon students at Brigidine are those which help shape the leaders of tomorrow, team players who are humble in their achievements and have a strong sense of community service. Love going there. All the teacher’s that I have had are great.
This school practices obedience not critical thinking. The curriculum teaches for tests and not teaching to learn.nPromotes the arts subjects not academic subjects. Last year 2017 performed poorly in HSC results.nHalf of teaches aren’t committed to students.nSchool is more interested in appearance and how the school is portrayed in the social spheres and not each individuals creativity.nThey try and make money from students any way possible ie small scratches on personal PCs charging $100.nTheir fee of almost $20,000 per student is a large investment for a minimal return.
My child was bullied for liking country music, I find the emoji movie better than this place.
