Good stock range, friendly staff. I like how the store is setup, it is easy to find what you need plus more. Access to car park isn't that easy if you are coming from the opposite side of the store

Came in to buy 3M Bluetooth earmuffs. Asked for help did not get it. I found to the section on my own. Did not have any in stock so I tried another pair. After paying cash I specifically asked if I could return them if I wasn't satisfied. Of course, they said.nWent to return them but they wouldn't give cash back. Instead, asked for bank details, and said it takes about a week to get a refund.nMaybe they should say that, or have it printed on the receipt. Rude staff member. Never shopping there again. Should have went to Bunnings...

I placed an order for some rupes polishing gear to be delivered. After waiting a week for a few items to arrive I called smithfield as they're my closest store and was informed that my order was ready for pick up at Dulwich Hill.nWhen I called, I was about to cancel my order but Daniel helped me out and arranged for a delivery.nnThis is the second time in a row I've placed a order in for a delivery and it never happened.nThe 5 stars is for Daniel, not sydney tools.;(
