Hayden & Quan were so helpful today. They helped me get my list of tools I needed and were super friendly and patient while doing it. They even gave me a discount, which was so nice. Such a good experience. Definitely coming back.

I really like this business and its staff. They have locations everywhere, usually have the stock I need and more importantly they are extremely helpful even to non tradies like me! Well done guys, really appreciate your help.

Good products, but worst customer service, wrong prices, disrespectful staff. I don’t recommend and will never come back

I had a little issue with one of the staff members however the manager Chad took ownership of my problem and solve it on the spot. Chad completely changed my experience at Sydney Tools. I hope their HQ will see this review and understand what an asset Chad is to Sydney Tools. His interaction with his staff and customers was outstanding during my visit.
