I came to buy some timber floors and doors for my business (cafe). Greeted my Etty (awesome customer service) and proceeded to fill my order is perfect time. Highly recommend for all your hardware need!

Never had a problem with them. They have a wide range of of products and can order boutique items without fuss/reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Went to the store on the 27th and 28th of Jan, served by Simon on both of those days. Both days he was very rude and had no respect for any customers. He had an attitude problem every time I had asked question.

I have been ringing Sydney office numbers for two days to follow up a request for keys that was sent a week ago.nI have tried number on the company website as well as locksmith number given by apartment building manager.nI ended up calling head office number and asknthem to transfer to Sydney office on the second day.nPretty efficient way of doing business!
