I purchase and ego multitool hedge trimmer and was told to go online for the redemption of the bonus edge trimmer attachment as advertised. When I went to the total tools website a few days later the deal was gone! I emailed total tools about what happened and then received a call from the Manager a day later saying they will still honor the deal and to come in and pick up the bonus attachment.nnI've been to the store several times and it's always been busy, I've had no issue with customer service when approaching the front counter.
