Sydney Tools Fyshwick

Lots of staff standing around chatting at the checkouts and various places on the outskirts of the isles, but no one actually helping customers. They did have the tools I needed, so that's their only saving grace. Not sure I'd go back though.

Not just another tool shop. Knowledgeable staff that are friendly and want to help you get the job done right. Fantastic selection too.

A great store with exceptional service. I went into the store without an exact idea of what tools I needed but I knew the job I needed to do.
