Stratco Fyshwick

We bought two steel cupboards and shelving from Stratco. The delivery of these items were delivered on time to our townhouse in the retirement village in Canberra. The delivery driver was helpful and friendly and he carried the items inside where they were needed.nWe had a go but found it hard to assemble the small steel cupboard, so I rang up the Stratco Office to see if someone there could put together the larger steel cupboard, and The Branch Manager in Fyshwick answered. I don’t think it was the usual thing for them to do, but he went out of his way to help us, a few days later, on one very cold Canberra morning He came and assembled the cupboard free of charge before he went to work. I would certainly recommend Stratco’s of Fyshwick.

Sent off to request a quote in June 2020, had accepted builders quote to install by end of July, he expected to be building it in October, in December he said stratco hadn't sent hardware yet, expected it before Christmas. Well it's January now and I've received the hardware (cardboard boxes completely soaked by rain) but there's no guttering or flashing so have to wait even longer for that to be sent from Sydney to Canberra. 23k worth of pergola and they take as much care in getting it right, as a counterfeit leggo seller.
