Alpha Airport Parking Gold Coast Airport

Was good to know my car was safe from hail storms and thieves whilst I was away for 10 days. Service to and from the airport was great except pickup point had changed from where I was dropped off and where I was picked up. 40 minutes later I found it after asking g around. I'll definitely use them again.

They make the dreaded travel to and from the airport a breeze. I have used similar providers in Sydney and Melbourne and Alpha are probably the best of the bunch because of the value for money. Thanks team

We left our van with Alpha about a month ago. Was less than $10 a day and seemed really secure. Would recommend them as a good value option for parking while you're away. Only about 5 mins from airport in the shuttle bus, both to and from the airport was really convenient even though we arrived on our return flight at 6am.

Extremely rude owner operator. I was entitled to a refund (they didn't even park my car, let alone touch it) however it took several months to finally get one. I had to threaten taking them to court, only received the refund after I revealed that I had a recording of the initial conversion they claimed never took place. Wouldn't touch this dodgy company with a 10-foot pole.

Great price, close location and there was 0mins wait on both ends for the complimentary shuttle.
