Tandoor on Tweed

Absolute scam. Don't answer the phones. Made a booking online. Turned up with my elderly parents for a night out. Empty restaurant but we couldnt eat in. Visa scam for sure. The tables are for decoration.

Delicious food and best indian anRestaurant around tweed heads. The staff are great specially girl name beant. meals are made fresh, the takeaway from this place is also great. Prices are midrange and worth it. I recommend trying the paneer shahi masala, yes it's better than butter chicken in my books. I have a great experience. The choice of vegetarian food is great. I really love the food of this restaurant.

Very disappointed. Paid nearly $40 for two dishes 1 serve of rice and 1 naan to feed 2 people. There was hardly any meat in the dishes, it was mainly sauce. In both dishes we had probably approxiamtely 8 small pieces of meat between 2 of us. Also i ordered garlic naan and got plain instead. Not happy at all. Tried to call restuarant but no answer!!!

Absolutely awful. We turned up there to order a takeaway. The young lad appeared from inside looking like we had just woken him up or disturbed him from anything other than creating a good customer experience. I was told our order would be 12 minutes which took 20 mins (Not the end of the world). I asked him if he had a chef on site and he told me he was the only person there. Our entire order was microwaved. We ordered two chicken dishes which (when we got home) turned out to be two contains full of sauce and almost no meat, at most, 4 pieces. Do NOT go here if you are expecting a decent Indian takeaway or decent restaurant experience. This place doesn't even compare to the takeaway under lamps in the Westfield.
