Shah-Jahan Indian Restaurant

Fantastic food and lovely service. We weren't asked about spice level so some dishes were a bit hot for me. Super grateful for yeast free breads too!

After an absence from Coolangatta of over 10 years we returned last week & happily found this former favourite Indian restaurant still operating, albeit at a new location.nWe love our Indian cuisine, and probably have it 3-4 times a month. We always compare what we have with the Shah Jahan as we always thought that it was the best.nWe read some negative reviews prior to dining but they were never going to deter us, and luckily so, as we had an absolutely fantastic meal, made up of 3-4 shared dishes.nI accept that bad experiences may happen from time to time, but for us we have never had one at this restaurant, and that was the case this time again.

Turned up tonight to have dinner staff swearing at a dinner who placed take away for food.nnWhen asked what happened they said nothing avoid at all costs.nnThe low star rating proves the point and would avoid at all costs.nnMy partner and I were looking forward to dinner.

It was soo good and delicious food specially handi lamb, and chicken biriyani . Service is good with pleasant smile ....
