O'Brien Electrical Currumbin

After a few lights had blown in the house I had the boys over to change all my lights to LED ones. Lucky we did as whoever the previous owners used for the existing lights had wired things backwards & no earths. Since then I have had them over again quite a few time to supply & install air conditioning units as well as new ceiling fans. Every time they have come they have been absolutely fantastic to deal with & happy to keep reusing them for all of the rest of my work to come. Very professional, tidy & honest tradesman.

Had the guys out December 2019 to install 3 x 2.5kw systems on a 2 storey, all of which come with a warranty on installation and unit. They turned up on time, completed the installs and tidied up after they left. 12 months later I start getting vibrations noises coming through my walls and can hear the outdoor unit inside so I get up and inspect the install job to find random holes drilled into my walls and not siliconed, mounting bracket bolts driven into nothing and unit mounting bolts that are non existent. I ring the company and they send out a technician to rectify only to find that they cant get rid of the noise or vibration. Now I am being told that I need to pay to have the unit that they installed relocated to stop the vibration and noises in my sons room. Will not be using this company again and would not recommend.
