Lazy and/or inexperienced!!!!nnBe aware that they rely on simply sending instant messaging to the banks and will not pick up a phone to escalate a matter for settlement leaving sellers open to litigation.nLazy lawyer. Placed all the blame on the bank who came back with proof that every possible avenue to get settlement done was not used. Bank would have been able to comply with settlement had she done her job correctly.nnEither very inexperienced or very lazy.

She, as well as the rest of the team have been extremely professional, diligent and considerate to deal with. They operate an extremely efficient operation and I could not recommend them any major highly.
