Called them to fix a number of things for my elderly father while on a visit. We had the job scoped and quoted quickly and a lovely electrician there early the next morning to fix everything. The company were professional and did exactly as they said they would. I paid on the spot. My father was very happy and comfortable with the electrician ( who was a very knowledgeable about fishing). Do not book with this people! The electrician sent in my father's place was almost 3 hours late and when he started working he bloody doesn't know what he was doing that my husband has to prompt and help him! In the end it was an antenna cord run from the outlet to the aerial which should have been a one hour max job. The inexperienced technician took longer bec he doesn't know what he was doing and left one outlet in the spare room hanging and not screwed in the wall! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! I've got a receipt to prove that this people are rip off!nn---AS A RESPONSE FROM YOUR MESSAGE HERE---nnTHE JOB BOOKING NUMBER IS 11288 AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRACK DOWN WHO TOOK THIS BOOKING. EVEN THE DATE IS IN THE PHOTO. EJ ELECTRICAL I HAVE ATTACHED A PHOTO OF THE INVOICE YOUR ELECTRICIAN GAVE US AND THAT'S ENOUGH PROOF THAT THE JOB IS FROM YOU GUYS. HAVE A CLOSER LOOK. MY HUSBAND RANG THE NEXT DAY TO REPORT THE ELECTRICIAN YOU SENT IN MY FATHER'S PLACE AND THEY JUST SAID THIS IS A STANDARD CHARGES?! OUR ISSUE IS THAT ELECTRICIAN TOOK LONG TO GET IN MY FATHER'S PLACE AND HE TOOK TOO LONG TO GET THE JOB DONE BEC OF HIS INCOMPETENCE. IF MY HUSBAND DIDN'T HELP HIM HE WOULD HAVE PROBABLY SPENT MORE TIME IN THE PLACE.
