Last minute call for a BMW battery fit the Friday just before Mother’s Day weekend as my 2005 hatchback was showing signs of battery failure. Paul was able to fit me in that afternoon after he could assure a delivery. A brand new battery (quite expensive) but the exact type for the model car and I was back on the road in an hour. I didn’t realise how responsive my car would be with just a new battery but it was designed for the car. BMWs are all electrical. It felt like it was running new again. It made me appreciate the experience of Paul as a mechanic over the cheap batteries that were put in my car prior.

We had a screw puncture our rear tyre early Saturday morning. We drove to Bridgestone Bundall to find it was outside of operating hours. But Paul Gill came out to help us. He pointed out both back tyres were unroadworthy and illegal to drive on due to tread depth. Quick as a flash he ordered in new ones (as they aren't a stocked item) and the next business day he fitted them and balanced them and we left with a big smile on our faces. Thank-you Paul.

Really bad. Took my car in for a service last week and they told me they would call me through out the day with an update as to what they were doing to the car and a time to pick it up. It was getting close to 5pm and I had not heard anything I had to ring THEM. When I picked up my car I was hit with unexpected costs that I was not aware of and the work I wanted done was not complete. When I asked what was done the past 7 hours, they said a general check and oil change.... Took 7 hours. I will not be returning and the guy at reception was very slow spoken and I had to spell out my street address 5 times.
