As far as repcos go this store is pretty slack. Wait 15 minutes for a click & collect because the girl doesnt look behind the counter properly.nAlso a tip on customer service, when you greet a customer maybe a Hi or Hello would be nice? not a 'Whats Up' with an annoyed look on your face.

Bought a new car battery for my wife's Corolla according to the spec sheets. Installed it and found that RACQ had changed the terminal clips to suit a larger post. B swapped the battery no problem even though I had sharpied the date on the sticker. Very happy customer, thank you!

Brendon at Repco just hit me with the best service I’ve had in recent. The man took off and put on new window wipers. Replacing just the blades and saving me some money too. Legendary! Would have taken me half an hour but took him two seconds.

Love it when you pay for your order, get a text saying it’s ready for pick up... And then, THEY CANT FIND YOUR ORDER. Was told to wait for a phone call. Serious waste of time.nnEdit: eventually my missing order items were delivered. Upgraded to 3 stars. Still missed out on repairing my car on the weekend I was available due to the stuff up.
