Hungry Jack's Burgers Labrador

Simple order through drive through. Hungry Jacks person confirms order before advising amount to pay. Go to window to pay and I ask again if order correct. HJ worker says yes. Drive home and find wrong burger. Come back to replace and no apology or anything.nWon't be coming back here anymore.

Excellent staff, and they are very polite. Food was brilliant, as per usual. Glad that they were open late.

My friend and I went to hungry jacks at Labrador, we walked in to order our food 2 burgers on its own and 2 large meals. The young gentleman didn’t greet us and didn’t asked what we wanted he just stood there stupidly staring at us, he messed up our order he only gave us the 4 burgers and not the two meals we asked for, then a girl who also worked there asked the gentleman who served us to get our drinks when we spoke up about our order being messed up, he rolled his eyes and slammed the drinks on the bench and avoided eye contact, I said thank you but no reply. When my friend and I got home our food was so soggy our paper bag broke our chips were cold, nothing was hot. 100% do not recommend going inside! Go through drive-thru. I know some people might be having a bad day/shift but could at least be nice and say something to customers instead of not saying a word apart from “anything else” when ordering.

One of the best Hungry Jacks I've had. I had the Big Jack and the fries were extra hot and crisp.

Used to be good but our last few orders have been short a burger or two, collected at drive thru & only discovered at home. I'm afraid I cannot recommend or support you given this happened again today :(
