Ordered online, didn't have what I wanted for pick up so was offered a better product for the same price. Staff were super helpful and product range and pricing were on point. Will 100% shop again.
The shop was a man's toyshop. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Trying to help an old fool like me to find what I was looking for and then were on the ball with ordering the items they didn't have. And the pricing was better than that fools game of ebay. Well worth a visit and look around.

Terrible service. Took something back as it broke under warrenty they told me it would take 2-3 weeks to repair. They pass by, no follow up phone call, i chase them up, its going to be another 2-3 weeks. They go by, still no phone call, I chase them up again, ANOTHER 2-3 weeks. Took almost 3 months in the end. If i had brought it from bunnings they would of given me a same day replacement.
I had been to Bunnings , Repco & Super cheap , looking fo a particular tool known under 4 different names for coil spring adjustments... Super Cheap guys were friendly but clueless they other 2 stores hopelessly useless ! Walk in to Total Tools on a Sunday afternoon met by a very smiley happy lady called Crystal , Boom knew exactly what I was talking about , showed me where it was and Boom problem solved and at the right price ! Thankyou for your service.
